KISHTWAR, MARCH 12: Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Pankaj Kumar Sharma today reviewed the progress of digitization of Jamabandi records under the Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP) in all 11 Tehsils of the district.

The DC directed the Tehsildars to expedite the process of “back-log mutations.” He further instructed Tehsildars to report portal issues, if any, hampering process of digitization so that the same be conveyed to the higher authorities and resolved at their level. “The digitization work must be completed within the set timeline, as it will help people get easy and quick access to land-related documents and add transparency to land administration” he emphasized.

The meeting was attended by ADC Pawan Kotwal, ACR Idrees Lone, Tehsildar and all Tehsildars (Via Virtual Mode).
