UDHAMPUR, JULY 26: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Saloni Rai paid homage to the brave martyrs on the 25th anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas at the Shradhanjali Sthal in Udhampur.
The solemn ceremony was attended by retired veterans, NCC cadets & prominent citizens of the society, honoring the sacrifices made by the soldiers during the Kargil war.
