RAJOURI, JUNE 12: Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Sharma today chaired a review meeting to assess the preparedness for the Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan, scheduled to be held from June 15 to June 30, 2025, across 104 tribal villages of the district.

Emphasizing the importance of reaching every eligible beneficiary, the DC directed the CSC (Common Service Centres) and other line departments to undertake massive publicity to generate awareness about the campaign and its objectives. He instructed the stakeholder departments to release the schedule of events well in time and circulate the same to attract maximum public participation.

Highlighting the need for targeted outreach, the DC stressed on wide publicity, ensuring that scholarship forms and other welfare schemes reach all eligible tribal beneficiaries during the campaign.

The Additional Deputy Commissioners and SDMs were directed to ensure effective implementation and awareness generation in their respective jurisdictions, while the BDOs were instructed to upload all events on the designated portal, ensure benefit saturation, and carry out robust IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) campaigns across all 104 identified tribal villages in the district.
