RAMBAN, SEPTEMBER 29: District Administration Ramban, in collaboration with J&K Bank, today gave away loan sanction letters to 50 eligible beneficiaries under Mission YUVA.
The letters were formally handed over by Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Alyas Khan in presence of General Manager J&K Bank, Nishikant Sharma, here at a brief function.
Among those present included CPO Dr. Shakeeb Ahmed Rather; ACD Mohammad Ashfaq; DGM & Zonal Head Doda Vinay Gupta; AGM Sanjay Kumar Belowo; Cluster Head, Assistant Director Employment, District Nodal Officer JKEDI, Counselling Officer besides other officials from J&K Bank and stakeholders attended the function.
The Deputy Commissioner appreciated the sponsoring departments and Jammu & Kashmir Bank for effectively implementing Mission YUVA and achieving its core objectives in the district. He described Mission YUVA as a groundbreaking initiative for tackling unemployment by providing youth access to finance, skills and livelihood opportunities. He urged the beneficiaries to utilize the loans judiciously and establish sustainable ventures with sincerity and discipline.
Representatives from J&K Bank reaffirmed their commitment to supporting youth under the scheme by ensuring smooth loan processing and timely disbursement. They also stressed the importance of financial discipline and timely repayment to ensure the continued success of the programme.
