The departments were asked to maintain close coordination with Sub-Divisional Magistrates for timely action. He also called for detailed reports on bridges and culverts requiring desilting and repair, while directing the PHE Department to take preemptive measures to ensure adequate supply of safe drinking water during the season. SDRF teams were instructed to remain fully prepared for emergency situations.
