The meeting focused on ensuring seamless coordination among all departments and agencies involved in facilitating the smooth and safe conduct of the annual pilgrimage.

The Deputy Commissioner conducted a department-wise review of the proposed works and their current status, particularly focusing on critical departments like PWD, JPDCL, Health and Municipality. She instructed all officials to expedite the tendering processes to ensure that infrastructure and services are fully operational ahead of the Yatra’s commencement.
