DODA, OCTOBER 14: District Development Commissioner (DDC) Harvinder Singh today chaired a review meeting in the conference hall of DC Office Complex Doda to assess the progress of key schemes being implemented by the Rural Development Department (RDD) in the district.
The review covered major flagship programmes including the District Capex Budget (CAPEX), MGNREGA, PMAY(G), Swachh Bharat Mission (Gramin), Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan (RGSA), Constituency Development Fund (CDF) and the MPLAD.
At the outset, ACD presented a detailed PowerPoint presentation highlighting the latest status and progress achieved under these schemes. The DDC Doda held a detailed block-wise and sector-wise review of the works and emphasized the need to ensure timely completion of ongoing projects.
The DDC directed all departments to maintain close coordination and effective monitoring to achieve results on the ground. He also instructed officers to expedite the pace of work and ensure transparency and quality in execution.
The meeting was attended by the ADDC, ADC, CPO, ACD, SE R&B, ACP, BDOs, JEs and other concerned technical staff.
