KUPWARA, MAY 24: District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kupwara, Ayushi Sudan today convened a meeting of concerned officers to review the implementation of Dharti Aaba Abhiyan in the district.
During the meeting, a threadbare discussion was held about the action plan for conduct of the awareness campaign under Dharti Aabha Abhiyan scheduled from 15 June to 30th June, 2025 in the district which is aimed at saturating all Government schemes and other beneficiary oriented programmes at the grassroots level.
Addressing the meeting, DDC impressed upon the officers to work with added zeal and close coordination to ensure cent percent saturation of government schemes in the district with special focus on tribal areas. She underscored different dimensions of the centrally sponsored schemes launched to uplift tribal communities and ensure their socio-economic development.
Meanwhile, a block wise schedule for holding IEC cum beneficiary saturation camps was also issued which begins from 15th June.
SEs of PHE/R&B/KPDCL, ACD Kupwara, CMO, CEO, CPO, CAO, CAHO, Principal GPC Kupwara, Superintendents of ITIs and other district and block officers were present in the meeting.
