POONCH, JULY 12: Director Health Services Jammu, Abdul Hamid Zargar, chaired a district-level review meeting at CMO Office Poonch to evaluate health schemes and service delivery.
CMO Poonch, Pervaiz Ahmed Khan presented a detailed PPT on key indicators and achievements.
Dr. Zargar reviewed performance in e-Sahaj, ambulance referrals, TB elimination, e-Sanjeevani services, NCD screening, C-section availability, oxygen plant functionality, blindness control programme, ASHA activities and IDSP monitoring via IHIP.
He appreciated the district team and issued on-spot directions to address service gaps. He emphasized community engagement, digital reporting and capacity building for field staff.
The meeting concluded with a pledge to improve healthcare in remote areas.
