SAMBA, NOVEMBER 22: Director Horticulture, Gul Sayed today visited Samba where he chaired a meeting to review the execution of horticulture developmental schemes in the District.
Assistant Director, Sunil Gupta; Chief Horticulture Officer Samba, Anil Gorkha and all Horticulture Development Officers of the district attended the meeting held in the chamber of Chief Horticulture Officer.
The Director reviewed the physical and financial achievements under the departmental schemes including MIDH, CAPEX, CSS, Rejuvenation, P15H, P13H, P21H, P9H and JKCIP during the current financial year (2025–26). The meeting also finalized strategies for achieving 100% targets as per the approved Action Plans.
The Director emphasized timely execution of field activities, effective monitoring and optimum utilization of funds to ensure that all developmental objectives under these schemes are achieved within the stipulated time frame. The officers were directed to accelerate the implementation process and maintain regular reporting for better coordination and transparency.
