RAJOURI, MARCH 11: Team of SVEEP Cell Rajouri has launched a door to door awareness campaign to educate the Tribal community living in upper reaches of village Dodasan Bala about the importance of Vote in strengthening the democratic system.
Conducted under the guidance and direction of District Election Officer Om Parkash Bhagat, the move aims to encourage the people in areas with majority of tribal population to participate in the voting process.
The representative of the SVEEP team interacted with the people in the local language. The campaign concluded with the interactions with the visitors at the Shrine of Baba Jeevan Shah. The people of the area appreciated the initiative of the team.
The team was headed by Nodal Officer SVEEP Cell Rajouri accompanied by Dr. Khalid Rayaz, Prof. Ajaz Nazir and Tanvir Ahmed Choudhary.
