GANDERBAL, APRIL 23: District Administration Ganderbal today observed a two-minute silence at the Mini Secretariat to pay tribute to the innocent tourists tragically killed in a recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam.
All officers and officials of the Mini Secretariat assembled in the V.C. Room, where they stood united in silence, expressing deep sorrow over the loss and extending heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families.
