DLC approves 1535 cases under HADP at Ganderbal

GANDERBAL, MARCH 24: District Development Commissioner (DDC) Ganderbal, Jatin Kishore today chaired a meeting of District Level Committee here in the V.C of the DC office to discuss and approve cases received under Holistic Agriculture Development Plan (HADP) in the district.

The committee approved 1535 cases of various sectors, including agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry and allied fields.

During the meeting, the DC emphasised evaluating progress, addressing challenges, and outlining a strategy for the accelerated implementation of the programme to benefit the eligible farmers.

He underscored the potential of the HADP scheme to expand and boost employment in the region. Jatin urged all concerned departments to extend full support to individuals seeking employment in agriculture and related fields

He emphasized that effective collaboration among concerned departments is essential for proper planning, execution, and monitoring of HADP activities.

The meeting was attended by the Chief Planning Officer, GM DIC, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Chief Agriculture Officer, District Sheep Husbandry Officer, Assistant Director Fisheries and other committee members.
