2 JKAS Officers Shifted
Srinagar: Government has assigned additional charge of Administrative Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department to Manoj Kumar Dwivedi (IAS, AGMUT:1997), Principal Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department in addition to his own duties till further order.
According to an order by the government, a copy of which lies with GNS, Amit Sharma, JKAS, Secretary to the Government, ARI and Trainings Department has been asked to hold the charge of the Administrative Secretary, Mining Department in addition to his own duties till further order in the interest of administration. Meanwhile the government also ordered transfer of two JKAS officers in the interest of administration with immediate effect.
According to a separate government order, Mohammad Ashraf Bhat, JKAS, Special Secretary to the Government, Youth Services and Sports Department, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary to the Government, Skill Development Department.
Garbi Rashid, JKAS, Collector, Land Acquisition, Northern Railways, Udhampur/Reasi, holding additional charge of Collector, Land Acquisition, Defence, Udhampur, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Youth 7.502 Services and Sports Department. (GNS)
