BANDIPORA, JANUARY 03: The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Bandipora, Manzoor Ahmad Qadri on Friday chaired a meeting of District Level Technical Committee (DLTC) at Mini Secretariat, Bandipora to finalize the Scale of Finance (SOF) for the year 2025-26 for Agriculture, Horticulture, Sericulture, Floriculture, Fisheries, Animal and Sheep Husbandry.
During the meeting, threadbare discussion was held on various aspects to determine and fix the Scale of Finance (SOF) for providing short term loans to the farmers to strengthen the backbone of the economy.
On the occasion, the DC sought detailed feedback from the officers regarding the costs involved in different inputs of crops.
He directed officers to ensure maximum coverage of beneficiaries under Government Schemes.
Chief Planning Officer Mohammad Maqbool Lone, Lead District Manager Bandipora, representatives of Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, NABARD, District Coordinator SBI, Manager PNB, Manager Grameen Bank, and other concerned attended the meeting.
