Bandipora: A grand farewell function was was organised in favour of Executive Engineer PMGSY Er Bilal Ahmad at Mansbal. The engineer is retiring on September 31.
Super Intending Engineer PMGSY,bSE PWD, JD Planning Bandipora Imtiyaz Ahmad Bandipora attended the function besides officials of PMGSY Department.
Speakers highlighted the contributions of Er Bilal in challenging areas of Bandiporea District. It was given out that the 80 kms of PMGSY roads got black topped and around 150 kms metaled due to untiring efforts of Er Bilal Ahmad .
It was further stated that despite different challenges Kaloosa Gurdal, Bagtore izmerg , Kashpot Khilsay and other hilly roads have been completed by the officer and his team .
AEE PMGSY Bandipora and Sumbal highlighted the working attitude of the officer and termed it beyond expectations.
The Joint Director planning Bandipora congratulated the officer on behalf of District Administration and appreciated the promptness of the officer in timely dissemination of information . He further stated that Er Bilal Ahmad worked hard and resolved very old issues of roads in Bandipora.
