JAMMU, FEBRUARY 29: The Science Club Government College for Women (GCW), Parade Ground celebrated the National Science Day by organizing a two day event.
The event commenced with PowerPoint competition on 27th and concluded with science quiz competition on 28th. The students participated with great zeal and fervor. The valedictory function was presided by the College Principal Dr S.P. Sarswat.
All winners were awarded in the valedictory function. The principal encouraged the students to participate more actively in such events. He also praised the Science Club for organizing a successful event.
The function was attended by Dr Avinash K. Gupta, Prof. Neena, Dr Arun Sharma, Dr Rajesh Kant, the convener Prof. Anjali Abrol and the organizing committee members; Dr Sarita Parihar, Dr Bindu, Dr Usha, Dr Manjulla and Dr Atiya.
