SAMBA, JANUARY 27: The Geography Department of Government Degree College (GDC) Vijaypur marked National Geographic Day with slogan writing and poster making themed “Support for Conservation and Sustainability.” The event was held under the guidance of the Principal Dr. Vandana Verma.
Prof. Meetu Sharma (HOD Geography) coordinated the event and expressed her pleasure in seeing the students’ active involvement and creativity.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from the 4th-semester students, who showcased their creativity and understanding of geographical concepts through their slogans and posters.
The Geography Department looks forward to continuing to celebrate National Geographic Day in future years with even more engagement and participation from students.
