JAMMU, DECEMBER 20: To celebrate World Meditation Day, Government Degree College (GDC), Marh organized two meditation sessions for faculty members and Semester-I students under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan.
The sessions were conducted by Sonakshi, Abhishek and Sushil- volunteers from the Isha Foundation. They guided participants through meditation practices, including elements of the Miracle of Mind initiative.
The programme aimed at reducing stress, improving focus and promoting mental well-being and an addiction-free lifestyle. The programme was organized by Prof Malti Rajput, Nodal Officer NMBA under the guidance of Prof. Ramneek Kaur, Principal of the college.
Faculty and students participated enthusiastically and appreciated the initiative.
