KUPWARA, AUGUST 13: The majestic heights of Sadhna Top reverberated with patriotic fervour today as the Tricolour soared high at 10,500 feet during a grand Tiranga Rally organised at the iconic Shaurya Gatha Complex under the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign, commemorating the spirit of national pride and the 150th anniversary of the timeless patriotic legacy of “Vande Mataram.”
Organised by the Sub Divisional Administration Karnah, the mega event witnessed overwhelming participation from students, civil society members, veterans, ex-servicemen, ex-PRIs, Lambardars and officials, who came together to celebrate the honour, glory and pride associated with the National Flag.
Against the magnificent backdrop of the Himalayan ranges, the Tiranga fluttered majestically, symbolising the nation’s unity, sacrifices of countless heroes and the unwavering spirit of patriotism. The participants marched with immense enthusiasm, carrying the message of Har Ghar Tiranga and reaffirming their commitment to uphold the values and dignity represented by the Tricolour.
The culminating ceremony was held at the Army facilities at Shaurya Gatha Complex, Sadhna Top, where the gathering was sensitised about the significance of the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign and the importance of keeping the spirit of patriotism alive in every home, heart and action.
