National Lok Adalat to be held on May-10 at Baramulla

BARAMULLA, APRIL 17: District Legal Services Authority, (DLSA) Baramulla in collaboration with Tehsil Legal Services Committees of District Baramulla is going to hold National Lok Adalat on 10th of May 2025.

The said Lok Adalat will be held at District Court Complex Baramulla as well as at all the Tehsil Headquarters of District Baramulla.

During the Lok Adalat, Pre-Litigation and pending court cases such as NI act Under section 138, Bank Recovery matters, Labour Disputes, Electricity, Water Bills and Cases pending in courts like Criminal Compound Offence, MACT cases, Land Acquisition cases will be taken up for amicable resolution.

As such, it is notified that all concerned parties/advocates who desire to get their cases of aforementioned nature settled through the said Lok Adalat may approach District Legal Services Authority Baramulla /Tehsil Legal Services Committees of District Baramulla by or before 5th May 2025.
