Led by Assistant Commandant, 13 BN NDRF Praveen Singh, the Special Rescue and Response teams of NDRF and SDRF demonstrated various techniques and skills of flood water rescue at a pond in Pathwal, Dayala Chak. The exercise was witnessed by around 200 people, including students, BMO Hiranagar, Tehsildar Hiranagar and other officials.
