UDHAMPUR, MAY 05: As part of the ongoing 100-day Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (NMBA) District Industries Centre Udhampur organized a comprehensive awareness and outreach programme here at Industrial Estate, Battal Ballian.
The programme was conducted under the supervision of General Manager Kishore Singh Katoch and led by FM Jagdeep Singh & team with active participation from industrial stakeholders, unit holders, employees and workers of the estate.
The initiative aimed at sensitizing the industrial community about the pressing need to combat substance abuse and to collectively contribute towards building a drug-free society.
The participants were apprised of the objectives and significance of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, particularly in the context of the ongoing 100-day campaign.
A rally was also taken out within the industrial estate, accompanied by slogan-raising to spread awareness and reinforce the message against drug abuse among the wider public.
The event culminated in a pledge ceremony, wherein all participants collectively resolved to abstain from substance abuse and to actively promote a healthy, safe and drug-free environment in society.
