Commissioner Jammu Municipal Corporation Dr. Devansh Yadav-the Chief Guest- inaugurated the drive by planting a sapling in the presence of the school Principal Sunil Kumar Yadav. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation of students, teachers, NCC cadets, Scouts and Guides and officials from JMC and Urban Forestry.

As many as 1000 saplings were planted by the participants, making a significant contribution towards greening the environment.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Devansh Yadav encouraged the students and citizens from all walks of life to actively participate in such plantation drives to protect and preserve the environment.
