Power Shutdown by KPDCL

SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 18: According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution KPDCL, shutdown of 33 KV Alasteng Power House (Manigam Tapline) will be observed due to which Manigam receiving station shall remain off while power supply to Manigam, Wayil, Gutlibagh and adjoining areas will be affected on 20, 22 & 25 October, 2025 from 10.00 AM to 03.30 PM.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Ahmadpora Beerwah line and 33 KV Ahmadpora Magam line will be observed due to which Beerwah, Arizal, Khag, Magam, Aripanthan and Mazhama receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Sail Gondipora, Old Beerwah, Arwah, Najan, Chowdara, Beerwah, Hospital, Zanigam, Arizal, Raiyar, Doodhpathri, Khag, Poshker, Sursh, Sujan, Mazhama, Old Sanoor, Aripanthan, Magam, Wariahama, Burden and adjoining area will be affected on 22 October, 2025 from 09.00 AM to 03.30 PM

Likewise, shutdown of 33 KV Arizal Tapline will be observed due to which Arizal receiving station will remain off while power supply to Arizal, Zanigam, Raiyar, Doodhpathri and adjoining areas will be affected on 25 September, 2025 from 10.00 AM to 03.30 PM.

Furthermore, shutdown of 33 KV Budgam Watrehail Tap line, 33 KV Budgam Ichgam line & 33 KV Budgam SIDCO Tap line will be observed due to which Watrehail, Waterwani, Charangam, Ichgam, Choon, Kanir, Hanjura, SIDCO and Railway Station and Budgam receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Samsaan, Parthan, Watrehail, Brail, PHE Substation, Ichgam, Choon, Kanir, Hanjura. 45 MW Ichgam, Ichkoot, Choon, Kanir, Hushur, Zuhama, Hanjoora, Ompora, SIDCO, Housing Colony, Town, Bemina, Sebdan, Jawalpora, Nasrulahpora, JNV and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.30 AM to 03.30 PM on 25 October, 2025.

Likewise, shutdown of 33 KV Khanyar line and KV Bagh-i-Ali Mardan Khan Takanwari line will be observed due to which Khanyar, Rainawari and Takanwari receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Miskeenbagh, Rosebal, Hazaribagh, Kondebal, Hassanbad, Jogilankar, Palpora, Sangam, JLNM Hospital and adjoining areas will be affected from 10.30 AM to 03.00 PM on 23 & 25 October, 2025.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Wanpoh Qazigund line will be observed due to which Mir Bazar, Veesu, Qazigund, Chowgam and Kund receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Mirbazar, Veesu, Qazigund, Kund, Chowgam, Nipora, Akhran, Railway and adjoining areas from 10.00 AM to 03.00 PM on 23 & 25 October, 2025.

Likewise, shutdown of 132/33 KV Grid Station Wanpoh including 132 KV Mirbazar-Wanpoh Tr. Line will be observed due to which Ashajipora, Dialgam, Janglatmandi, Brakpora, Malaknag, Quimoh, Redwani, Harnag, Nai Basti, Sarnal, Anchidora, Akora, Veeri, Shamsipora, Zirpora, Chinniwudder, SICOP, Mirbazar, Vessu, Qazigund, Tunnel Railway, Chowgam and Kund receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Malaknag, Quimoh, Redwani, Harnag, Nai Basti, Sarnal, Anchidora, Akora, Veeri, Shamsipora, Zirpora, Chinniwudder, SICOP, Mirbazar, Vessu, Qazigund, Chowgam, Kund, Ashajipora, Dialgam, Janglatmandi, Brakpora and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.00 AM to 03.30 PM on 23 October, 2025.

Meanwhile, shutdown of 220 KV Wagoora, Zainakote Circuit-I will be observed due to which power supply to Char-i-Sharief, Chadoora, Nagam, Panzan, Wathoora, Bugam, Hafroo, Hayatpora, Yousmarg, Gogjipathri, Budgam, Ichgam, Choon, Kremshore, Khan Sahib, Brenwar, Kanir, Barwah, Hanjoora, SIDCO, Ompora, NIFT, Railway Station Budgam, Nasrullahpora, Sholipora, Watrihail, Charangam, Sebdan, Brinjin, Raithan, Surasyar, and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.00 AM to 03.30 PM on 25 October, 2025.

Likewise, shutdown of 220 KV Wagoora Zainakote Circuit-II will observed due to which power supply to Wussan, Safapora, Kangan, Lal Bazar, BAMK, Hazratbal, Ellahibagh, Lar-Tullmulla, Ajar, Aloosa, Gurez, Zakura, Nagbal and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.00 AM to 03.30 PM on 26 October, 2025.
