Power Shutdown in south Kashmir areas

SRINAGAR, NOVEMBER 10: According to the Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL, shutdown of 33 KV Cheshamshahi Brein line and 33 KV Cheshmashahi Shalimar line will be observed due to which Nishat and Brein receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Brein, Tulip, Garden, Brein, Pahloo, Vivanta, Dal Bund, PHE Bund, PHE Water supply scheme and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.30 AM to 04.30 PM on 11 November, 2025.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Dab Tapline of 33 KV Kurhama Dab Feeder will be observed due to which Kurhama and Dab receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Kurhama, Baroosa, Yangpora, Kondbal, Badampora, Wakura, Dab, Narayanbagh and adjoining areas will be affected from 10:00 AM to 03:30 PM on 11 November, 2025.

Likewise, shutdownof 33 KV Grid Station Kulgam will be observed due to which Kulgam, Ashmuji, Kilam, Devsar, Chambgund, Yaripora, Behibagh, Nillow, Rambhama, Chawalgam, D.H. Pora and Nagam receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Chambgund, Ahmadabad, Khul, Aharbal, Yaripora, Behibagh, Nillow, Rambhama, D.H. Pora, Nagam, Redwani, Kulgam, Sangus, Mohammadpora, D.K. Marg, Devsar, Pahloo, Gasran, Ashmuji, Chawalgam, Kilam, Devsar and adjoining areas will be affected from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM on 15 & 16 November, 2025.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Bandipora line will be observed due to which Watlab, Duroo and Tujjar Sharief receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Watlab, Hathlangoo, Warpora, Dooru, Shiva, Tujjar Sharief, Shrian and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.30 AM to 03.30 PM on 16 November, 2025.

Likewise, shutdown of 33 KV Nowpora line will be observed due to which Nowpora, Achabal, Bomai, and Seelu receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Nowpora, Mazbugh, Reban, Achabal, Doabgah, Ferozpora and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.30 AM to 03.30 PM on 15 November, 2025.

Furthermore, shutdown of 33 KV Handwara Hot line will be observed due to which Handwara, Chogul, and Pohrupeth receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Handwara Town, Kultora, Maratgam, kandi, Chogul, Kulangam, Sagipora and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.30 AM to 03.30 PM on 12 November, 2025.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 Kangan-Surfraw line will be observed due to which Surfraw and Gagangeer receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Gund, Gadribal, Kullan, Gagangeer, Sonamarg, Fraw, Ganiwan and adjoining areas will be affected from 10.30 AM to 02.00 PM on 12 November and 09.30 AM to 03.30 PM on 15 November 2025.

Likewise, shutdown of 33 KV Badampora-Lar Tulmulla line will be observed due to which Lar and Tulmulla receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Lar, Waliwar, Watlar, Repora, Tulmulla, Dangerpora, Theeru, Larsun and adjoining areas will be affected from 10.00 AM to 03.00 PM on 15 November, 2025.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Tral-1st line will be observed due to which Tral, Dadsara, Chewa, Tral Bala and Noorpora receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Tral, Diver, Pinglish, Dadsara, Chandrigam, Mandoora, Khalil, Bajwani, Noorpora and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.30 AM to 03.30 PM on 12 November, 2025.

Likewise, shutdown of 33 KV Tapline of Tral-1st line from Nowdal will be observed due to which Tral, Tral-i-Bala, and Chewa receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Tral-I, Payeen, Diver, Pinglish, Chewa, Kaslil, Tral Bala, Bajwani and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.30 AM to 03.30 PM on 15, 18, 22 and 25 November, 2025.

Similarly, shutdown of 33 KV Grid Station AIS Lassipora and shutdown of 33 KV of Grid Awantipora (132 & 33 KV Switchyard) will be observed due to which Old Lassipora, Pulwama, Tenghar, Covid Hospital, Flour Mill, Pinglena, Newa, Kakapora, Batagund, Noorpora, Lalgam, Tral, Tral I Bala, Tral-II, Awantipora, Sangam-1, Sangam-2, Narwa, Airforce, Cheewa, Lurgam, Aripal, Panzgam, LIS-I, LIS-II, LIS-III, K-koot, Marhama, Khiram, Old Lassipora, Pulwama, Tenghar, Covid Hospital, Flour Mill, Pinglena, Newa and Kakapora receiving stations shall remain off while power supply to Lassipora, Tenghar, Covid Hospital, Flour Mill, Pinglena, Newa, Kakapora, Batagund, Noorpora, Lalgam, Tral, Awantipora, Narwa, Airforce, Cheewa, Lurgam, Marhama, K Koot, Lassipora, Tenghar, Covid Hospital, Flour Mill, Pinglena, Newa, Kakapora and adjoining areas will be affected from 09.00 AM to 04.00 PM on 11 November, 2025.
