Pre-Lok Adalat sessions for cases of serving Armed Personnel, Ex-Servicemen & Veer Naris on July 15 in Kulgam

KULGAM, JULY 08: As directed by J&K Legal Services Authority, special Pre-Lok Adalat sessions for cases related to serving Armed Personnel, Ex-Servicemen, and Veer Naris is scheduled to be held at District Court Complex Kulgam and in Taluka Courts of the district on 15 July, 2025.

During the proceedings, all such cases pre and post litigation pending before the courts shall be taken up for amicable settlement.

All the Judicial Officers at District Headquarter Kulgam & other Judicial Officers at Taluka Courts are requested to identify the cases fit to be taken up in the said Lok-Adalat. The list of such cases be furnished to DLSA Kulgam by or before 12-07-2025.

Furthermore the serving Armed Personnel, Ex-Servicemen, and Veer Naris who are willing to settle their disputes that are pending before the court shall report before DLSA Kulgam well before the scheduled date.
