BARAMULLA, SEPTEMBER 21: Chief Planning Officer Baramulla, Nisar Ahmad, today chaired a comprehensive review meeting at the meeting hall of DC office Baramulla to assess the status and progress of developmental works under District Capex Budget.
The meeting was attended by SDM Uri, ACD Baramulla, senior district and sectoral officers, Superintending Engineers, Executive Engineers and others.
The CPO reviewed the physical and financial progress of projects being executed under various sectors, taking stock of expenditure, implementation status and timelines against approved targets and allocations.
A sector-wise review was conducted of major infrastructure and developmental works being implemented under programmes including the Annual District Plan, PWD, Jal Jeevan Mission, PDD and PMGSY, ADP, ABDP.
The CPO directed all executing agencies to accelerate the pace of work and ensure completion of projects within the stipulated timelines, while maintaining quality standards.
