Restriction imposed around Board Exam centres in Ramban

RAMBAN, SEPTEMBER 06: In view of the examination being conducted by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education for Higher Secondary Part-I (Class-11th) Annual Pvt./Bi-annual Session 2024, from Sept 6, the Additional District Magistrate, Ramban, in exercise of powers vested under section 163 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, (BNSS), 2023, imposed restrictions on any sort of public movement, interference/public gathering within 100 metres of all examination centres in District Ramban.

Use of loudspeaker/any other form of public address system in and around the examination centres is also prohibited.

Smoking is also strictly prohibited in the premises where the examinations shall be conducted.
The order shall take effect from Sept 6, 2024 and remain in force till said examination is concluded.
