JAMMU, APRIL 30: Satyarth Pandita, author of the recently released book ‘Grammar of the Void’ today called on the Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, at his office chambers in the Civil Secretariat, Jammu, and presented him with a copy of his book.
The Chief Secretary, after briefly going through the publication, appreciated the efforts of the young author and extended his best wishes for his continued success in future endeavours.
He observed that parents and teachers play a crucial role in nurturing creativity and should actively encourage students from an early age so that their hidden talents are identified and fully developed.
