Srinagar, August 24: A body along with weapon is being observed near the gunfight site in Watergam area North Kashmir’s of Sopore on Saturday, officials said.
A top police officer told GNS that in ongoing operation a body along with weapon is being observed. However confirmation will be shared only after the body is being retrieved from the site.
Earlier police said that exchange of fire at Watergam area of Sopore. Alert security forces retaliated. Area cordoned off. Searches underway. Further details shall follow.
