SRINAGAR, JULY 31: Department of Higher Education, Government of Jammu & Kashmir today announced the commencement of a Spot Round for admissions to four-year Undergraduate Programs (FYUGP) and Integrated Post-Graduate Programs (IPGPs) with multiple-exit options for the Academic Session 2025-2026 across all Degree Colleges in Jammu & Kashmir.
This initiative aims to fill leftover seats after the completion of the first three admission rounds.
The online interface for registration and selection of programs and colleges will be activated on the Samarth Portal https://jkadmissions.samarth.ac.in on August 01, 2025. Eligible candidates interested in participating in the Spot Round must complete their registration and apply for the college/program of their choice by 03rd August, 2025.
Candidates who were unable to register in previous rounds due to late result declarations or other issues are also eligible to apply during this period.
Candidates who were allotted colleges in previous rounds but could not complete their admission formalities due to non-payment of fees or other issues can now do so by visiting their allotted colleges between
