RAMBAN, MAY 18: State Director RSETIs Rakesh Gupta today visited SBI RSETI Ramban to review the training activities and infrastructure of the institute.
Director RSETI Ramban S. Harvinder Singh along with staff members of the institute were present on the occasion.
The State Director interacted with trainees undergoing skill development courses at the institute. The trainees shared their experiences, learning outcomes and aspirations after receiving training at RSETI. The interaction highlighted the positive impact of these programmes in promoting self-employment and entrepreneurship among rural youth and women.
Addressing the trainees, the State Director motivated them to make effective use of the training for establishing their own ventures and becoming financially independent. He particularly advised women trainees to avail maximum benefits under various government-sponsored loan schemes and self-employment initiatives aimed at women empowerment and livelihood generation.
He also inspected the infrastructure and functioning of the institute and expressed satisfaction over the training environment, discipline and overall management of the institute. He appreciated the dedication and sincere efforts of the RSETI team in conducting quality training programmes for unemployed youth of District Ramban.
Impressed by the performance and achievements of the institute, the State Director conveyed his best wishes to SBI RSETI Ramban for continued success and excellent performance during the financial year 2026–27.
Later, the Director RSETI Ramban assured the State Director that all valuable suggestions and guidance provided during the visit would be implemented effectively for further strengthening the institute’s activities and outcomes.
