BANDIPORA, JUNE 17: SANKALP Hub for Empowerment of Women (HEW), Mission Shakti Bandipora, Social Welfare department Bandipora, in collaboration with ITI Bandipora, today inaugurated a two-day vocational training program on Artificial Intelligence for girls from various villages of the district.
Organized under the vocational initiative, the training aims to equip participants with foundational knowledge of AI, its practical applications, and essential digital skills to enhance employability and promote self-reliance.
Sessions conducted by resource person covered AI basics, its use in education, job search, business, and ethical digital practices. Pamphlets were also distributed among trainees to make them aware about the services offered by SANKALP-HEW for the empowerment of women.
It was informed that participants will be awarded certificates upon successful completion and assessment and top performers will be felicitated as a token of encouragement in their journey toward digital empowerment.
Officials encouraged active participation, underlining the importance of AI skills in modern career development.
