SRINAGAR, MARCH 05: Zahoor Ahmad Bhat, today officially assumed the charge of Director Horticulture Kashmir.
In a handover ceremony, he received the charge from the outgoing Director, G.R. Mir.
Bhat possesses a wealth of experience spanning over 24 years in the field of Horticulture. He has served in various capacities within the department, including as Chief Horticulture Officer in Kupwara and Baramulla. Prior to his elevation, he served as the Joint Director of Horticulture Kashmir.
The transition was marked by a farewell to the outgoing Director, G.R. Mir, who received gratitude for his contributions to the department.
