REASI, OCTOBER 31: As part of Vigilance Awareness Week 2025, Deputy Commissioner Reasi Nidhi Malik today flagged off a vigilance awareness rally organized by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in collaboration with District Administration Reasi and Police Department.
The rally commenced from the DC Office Complex, Reasi and culminated at General Zorawar Singh Sports Stadium, Reasi.
The rally witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of various educational institutions across the district, who raised slogans and carried placards spreading messages on transparency, accountability and eradication of corruption.
Addressing the gathering, DC Reasi emphasized the importance of collective responsibility in building a corruption-free society. She encouraged the youth to play a proactive role in spreading awareness and upholding ethical values to strengthen the nation’s integrity system.
The Deputy Commissioner stated that vigilance is not confined to a single week of observance but should be a continuous effort practiced in everyday life. She urged all stakeholders, including government officials, students and citizens to act with honesty and transparency in their respective spheres to make Reasi a model district of good governance and public trust.
SSP Reasi Paramvir Singh, Adl. SP Ifthikar Ahmed, PO Poshan Sudershan Kumar, ACD Vijay Kumar, ACR Nitin Verma, DySP Laxmi Kant, DySP HQ Vishal Jamwal, Inspector Bhushan Manhas and other senior officers were present on the occasion.
