In this matter, a fresh complaint under Section 156(3) and 200 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.P.C) was filed against the wrestlers on May 25. As per the direction of the court, an action taken report (ATR) has been filed by Delhi Police on June 9 before the judiciary.e

Dlhi Police have submitted that in the video provided by the complainant, the wrestlers are not seen raising slogans and no offence of hate speech is made out. The police requested the application be dismissed.
