PM Modi’s strong leadership heralds peace in Kashmir: Rana
Share on FacebookShare on TwitterWhatsappTelegram

DINANAGAR PUNJAB MAY 12- Senior BJP leader Mr Devender Singh Rana today described peace in the Valley as one of the major milestones of the strong leadership under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying that Pakistan sponsored terrorism and its ecosystem is on its last breath across Jammu and Kashmir.

“Strong and stern action in tackling terrorism with iron fists has send across a loud message to terror regime not to fuel violence in the border belts of the state of Punjab and the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir”, Mr Rana said while addressing an election rally in support of the BJP candidate from Gurdaspur Parliamentary Constituency Mr Dinesh Singh Babbu along with Mrs Renu Kashyap former MLA Dinanagar and DDC Vice Chairman Jammu Mr. Suraj Singh.

Mr Devender Rana said that together with free hand to security forces in combating terrorism, the Modi government has unfolded socio-economic development for lasting peace in the Valley and initiated a comprehensive strategy to promote inclusive growth and empowerment in the Union Territory. Through proactive governance, Prime Minister Modi’s administration has ushered in an era of hope and reconciliation, paving the way for progress and prosperity besides instilling a sense of security among millions that has manifested in record  tourism in both the regions of Jammu and Kashmir, he added.

Mr Rana said the terror monster is facing its final reckoning, due to unwavering resolve and decisive leadership of the Prime and through resolute and decisive actions, the security forces have dealt a decisive blow to terrorist elements, restoring peace and stability to the region and paving the way for a brighter future for its people.

He said the double engine administration has empowered the local institutions, especially during the past nearly five years that has fostered a sense of belonging among the people, strengthening the foundations of democracy and governance in the region. As J&K is embracing a new dawn of peace and prosperity, the strong leadership at the Centre stands as a beacon of hope and inspiration for the nation, he added.

Mr Rana said that those finding political investment in disturbed conditions in Punjab and J&K stand isolated on the face of determination of people and coordinated efforts of the security forces in foiling the terror machinations. These elements are now desperately trying to garner support from Pakistan masters, in terms of open political support being extended by some discarded politicians, to impact the mega democratic process in the world’s largest democracy. All these machinations are going to prove counterproductive as the politically matured people see through the game plan of the enemies of nation, he said, hoping the electors will give a befitting reply to them by mandating the BJP led NDA to over four hundred seats. The third term in office under Modiji will prove transformative for the country in a big way, he added.
