Srinagar, Mar 05 : Awami Action Committee (AAC) has expressed grief and shock over the demise of Abdul Ahad Dar of Sikh Bagh Lal Bazar and Ghulam Rasool Sofi of Budhgir Ali Kadal Srinagar, the well-wishers of the organisation and the Mirwaiz family.
In a statement issued to the news agency—, the AAC Chairman Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir Dr Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq expressed grief and sorrow over the demises and expressed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families, especially the children of late Abdul Ahad Dar – Muhammad Aslam Dar and Muzaffar Ahmad Dar – and the children of Ghulam Rasool Sofi.
He prayed for Jannat-ul-Firdous to the departed souls and Sabr-e-Jameel to the bereaved families.
Meanwhile, a delegation of the organisation went to Sikh Bagh Lal Bazar and Budhgir Aali Kadal to convey the message of condolence and sympathy from Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir to the families of the deceased. The delegation members prayed for Jannat-ul-Firdous to the departed souls
