BANDIPORA, MARCH 16: In preparations to Lok Sabha election 2024, the District Election Office Bandipora organised a training programme for employees of various Departments at mini secretariat, here.
The training programme was aimed to provide employees hands-on experience regarding conducting polls and handling different poll processes during Lok Sabha Election-2024.
The training was provided by Master Trainer Manzoor Ahmad Bhat in presence of Election Nodal Officer/Ex.Engineer R&B Asadullah Najar.
On the occasion Master trainer highlighted the role of employees in facilitating the election process.
Emphasis was placed on upholding ethical standards throughout the electoral process, including maintaining neutrality, confidentiality, and fairness in all interactions with voters and other stakeholders.
The employees also received training to assist voters with special ability or other special needs to ensure that every eligible voter can exercise their right to vote.
