UDHAMPUR, JUNE 20: Additional Deputy Commissioner Udhampur Prem Singh today chaired a meeting of officers from various line departments to review arrangements for the secure conduct of the upcoming Re-NEET (UG) 2026 examination.
Detailed deliberations were held on key aspects of examination management, including security arrangements, deployment of examination staff and Centre Superintendents, uninterrupted power supply, availability of fire tenders and first-aid facilities, traffic management, deployment of invigilators, supporting personnel and the secure transportation & handling of confidential examination material.
Addressing the meeting, the ADC directed officers concerned to strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and examination guidelines, ensure foolproof arrangements with transparency, discipline and confidentiality, and maintain close coordination among stakeholders for a safe and conducive environment for candidates. He instructed timely completion of all arrangements, adequate deployment of manpower and seamless inter-departmental coordination for the smooth conduct of the examination.
Among those present were Assistant Commissioner Revenue Dr Umesh Shan and officers of the departments concerned.
