BHADERWAH, DECEMBER 19: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Sunil Kumar Bhutyal reviewed the progress of ongoing and new development works and winter preparedness of line departments in Bhaderwah.
Officials from the departments presented detailed progress reports on works currently underway under different schemes.
Among the projects reviewed were drainage and water-supply improvements, irrigation works under UT CAPEX, public utility constructions and other essential infrastructure in Bhaderwah town and surrounding areas.
Reviewing winter preparedness, the ADC took stock of the availability of essential commodities, road connectivity, power and water supply, health, SDRF, Forest, Mechanical services, Police, Traffic Police and contingency plans for snowfall and emergencies.
The Officers briefed the ADC about measures taken to maintain uninterrupted supply of ration, fuel, medicines and other necessities in remote and snow-bound areas.
The ADC directed the concerned departments to remain alert and maintain close coordination to provide uninterrupted services to the people.
