SHOPIAN, SEPTEMBER 25: Sankalp Hub for Empowerment of Women, Mission Shakti, Shopian, in collaboration with the Health department, today organized a free health check-up camp under the banner of the Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (BBBP) initiative at Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Shopian.
The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation of students, who received medical consultations, counselling, and awareness on preventive healthcare measures.
Dr. Riyaz and Dr.Azra conducted the health check-ups, providing expert counselling, and distributed free medicines among the beneficiaries.
Speaking on the occasion, District Mission Coordinator emphasized that such initiatives under BBBP are aimed to safeguard the health of adolescent girls besides creating awareness about the importance of regular health check-ups, hygiene, and overall well-being.
