Srinagar: Suspected militants on Wednesday evening lobbed a grenade towards a police vehicle in Bijbehara town of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that suspected militants hurled a grenade towards a police vehicle at Bijbehara resulting in injuries to a policeman who has been shifted to hospital for treatment.
He said that the area has been cordoned off to nab the attackers.
