SAMBA, NOVEMBER 06: To ensure round-the-clock medical preparedness and high-quality healthcare for the residents, Deputy Commissioner Samba Rajesh Sharma along with Additional Deputy Commissioner Jagdish Singh conducted an unscheduled late-night inspection of District Hospital Samba. The visit aimed to assess the hospital’s emergency response capabilities, staffing, and overall healthcare infrastructure during off-hours.
The Deputy Commissioner reviewed the hospital’s facilities, focusing on the readiness of essential medical equipment, emergency supplies, and critical care units. Special attention was placed on the emergency department to assess its ability to handle accidents, urgent care cases, and other medical emergencies that may arise at night.
The DC engaged directly with doctors, nurses, and support personnel, ensuring adequate staff presence and smooth operations during the night shift.
