POONCH, JANUARY 20: Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Vikas Kundal today conducted a detailed inspection of the sports stadium to ensure foolproof arrangements for the Republic Day Celebration function. He was accompanied by SSP Poonch Shafket Hussain, ADC Poonch Tahir Mustafa Malik, besides various executive engineers & district officials.
During the inspection, the Deputy Commissioner assessed critical preparations, including barricading, pavilion decoration, ground leveling, seating arrangements etc. He also observed rehearsals being carried out by school contingents and the Jammu and Kashmir Police (JKP).
Emphasizing the importance of timely arrangements, the Deputy Commissioner directed all concerned executive engineers and officials to finalize preparations well ahead of the Republic Day celebrations to ensure a smooth and successful event.
