POONCH, DECEMBER 13: Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Vikas Kundal chaired a meeting to assess the functioning of District Information Centre Poonch. The discussion included an overview of various field activities and routine works conducted by the DIC.
During the meeting, District Information Officer, Wakeel Ahmed Bhat provided insights into the daily tasks performed by officials.
The Deputy Commissioner also announced plans to launch a live Phone in Line program, set to occur three days each month, aimed at addressing grievances and ensuring prompt responses.
In addition, the DC directed officials to submit daily reports of both print and digital grievances along with their rebuttals, underscoring the commitment to transparency and effective communication with the community.
