BUDGAM, NOVEMBER 15: Deputy Commissioner, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat and SSP, Budgam Nikhil Borkar today offered Nimaz-e-Janaza for NT Muzaffer Ahmad Khan, a resident of Soibugh, who tragically lost his life in the accidental explosion at Police Station Nowgam last night.
