UDHAMPUR, SEPTEMBER 03: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur Saloni Rai today visited various shelter camps established for families affected by the floods and reviewed the relief arrangements put in place.
During the visit, the DC inspected the facilities provided at these camps where flood-affected families have been accommodated temporarily. She interacted with the flood victims, patiently listened to their concerns and assured them of timely relief measures along with continued administrative support.
The DC directed the concerned officers to provide all necessary facilities and services to the camp inmates. She further instructed all departments to remain on high alert and provide swift assistance and support to the affected families. She also distributed relief material among the affected families.
