KULGAM, JULY 19: District Development Council (DDC) meeting was today chaired by the Chairman, District Development Council Kulgam, M Afzal Parray.
Deputy Commissioner Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan and the members of District Development Council were part of the meeting.
After threadbare discussions, the Council unanimously passed the plan for the year 2025-26.
